Bluey Lite is a digital software product. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid licenses.

Digital License Delivery

Bluey Lite licenses are delivered digitally after successful payment. There is no physical shipment and no recurring subscription unless clearly stated at purchase.

Refund Requests

If you are unable to access or activate Bluey Lite after purchase, contact support and we will help resolve the issue.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may approve a refund when there is a genuine activation, access, or product delivery issue that cannot be resolved.

Cancellations

One-time lifetime licenses do not require cancellation. If a subscription product is introduced in the future, cancellation terms will be shown before purchase.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Bank or payment provider timelines may vary.
